Downloading and Installing OSDx

Download the OSDx installer from the official DoubleHelix Enterprises LLP website.

Installing OSDx

  1. Download and run the osdx.msi file.
  2. Windows may display an Unknown Publisher warning. Select Run anyway to continue.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the OSDx Application.
If the installer was downloaded from the official DoubleHelix website, the Windows Unknown Publisher warning can be ignored and installation can be continued by selecting Run anyway.

Where OSDx Stores Data

OSDx stores patient records and test data locally on the computer in the osdx.db database.

If Cloud Sync is enabled, examination data is also synchronised with the OSDx cloud service.

Patient privacy: Cloud synchronisation does not store patient identification data.

No manual database configuration is required for normal use.
