OSDx test

Pupillometry

OSDx supports resting pupil diameter measurement and dynamic pupil light-response analysis using infrared imaging.

Two analysis modes

Pupil diameter

Records resting pupil diameter without a dynamic light-response sequence. This is useful for optical, refractive, anisocoria and pre-operative assessments.

Pupil light response

Records the pupil before, during and after a standardised light stimulus so response amplitude, latency, constriction and redilatation can be quantified.

Dynamic pupillometry is an adjunct to, not a replacement for, conventional pupil examination and RAPD testing.
